Intro to Rounding Workshop

Must be a Vedic Meditation (or TM) practitioner.

Location: Yoga within the Heart of Bragg Creek

Rounding is an advanced technique that comprises a set sequence of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Rounding powerfully reduces built up stress in the body allowing you to go deeper in your meditation, as well allowing you to experience life with more wakefulness.

Our Learn to Meditate Program, in a compressed format! Over four consecutive days, for two hours each day, you will complete the core aspects of our Learn to Meditate Course and leave us as a self-sufficient meditation practitioner. In the first session you will choose your own mantra and learn the fundamental mechanics of an effective meditation practice. Over the following three sessions we then build upon and refine your practice while taking a deep dive into meditation's effects on topics such as; stress and its impact, creativity, intuition, and the mind-body connection. Expect to come out of this series with a working knowledge of meditation and the confidence required to continue establishing a daily meditation practice on your own.

All students will be offered a follow-up phone call with Caryn ~3 weeks after the conclusion of the Series in order to address and answer any questions, concerns, or curiosities you may have.

* Note: For the Immersive Series students must attend all 4 classes.

Our Essential Series, in a twice weekly, six week format hosted at Junction 9! Over the span of six weeks, for 50mins each session, you will complete the core aspects of our Learn to Meditate Course and leave us as a self-sufficient meditation practitioner. Over the remaining five weeks we then build upon and refine your practice while taking a deep dive into meditation's effects on topics such as; stress and its impact, the brain, creativity, intuition, and the mind-body connection. Expect to come out of this series with a working knowledge of meditation and the confidence required to continue establishing a daily meditation practice on your own.

All students will receive access to our online Stillness Vault for continued expanded learning, as well as receive our self published Meditation Journal complimentary (retail value of $20)
