Our ideal student is one who has already identified the desire and cultivated the willingness to pursue a life of greater depth through the pursuit of self exploration, and we take pride in providing personalized approaches based on where you are at in your journey. It harmonizes your nervous system giving your mind the necessary reset it needs while encouraging the dissolution of stress, tension, and fatigue held within the body. 

There is no better way to build a habit than by participating in (and completing) a challenge! This challenge includes daily guided meditation sessions led by Caryn Kilback, as well as bonus content designed to help you solidify your meditation practice with grace and strength!

Once learned in the practice of Vedic Meditation you will be invited to join our growing and inspiring group of global meditators. We offer regular group meditations, knowledge meetings, and opportunities for advanced study within the Vedic tradition - as well as access to the online forums, recordings of past events, and other supplemental material. Don't consider this the end my friend, as you have only just begun!
